It is rare to find a company with owners as involved as this one, and it's refreshing to work for a company that has fostered a familial bond among its employees.

Traffic and location are a bit bad, but not the fault of the company
Every day that I come in to the office I'm welcomed by friendly faces and an overall lighthearted, fun but driven atmosphere. Anytime an issue arises, you know there is a team of people dedicated to helping you find a solution even if they don't work in your department. The management really values their employees' happiness and is consistently working to meet our needs, as well as going above and beyond to praise outstanding employees. This is the first place I've worked that I feel truly appreciated and valued, and I really believe this is what makes the environment here so positive. This is not just an office, this is a team.
Cons
The location currently is in a business park in Lehi, Utah, which is a very busy area containing TONS of office buildings and people working 9-5 shifts, so traffic is usually horrendous. But, they're changing locations soon to the next town over so that shouldn't be as much of an issue.
