Pros

It is frankly difficult for me to find positive aspects about the company, when we get the recruitment process is satisfactory and promises lead you to make the change, but on a daily basis the initial motivation ends up fading when you realize you work with people in fear who need to omit their opinion.

Cons

The CEO is a glorified twenty-first century tiran, inconstant and unsuited to motivational speeches. In his intimate Mr. Ajit Nair believes that he owns the employees and expects no less than unconditional availability to his caprices and 180 degrees turns on business strategies. 24/7 availability, weekend events which prohibit family members attendance, are some examples of how ProV is managed.
