      Responsive to employee ideas Good location Most members of management genuinely want employees to grow and succeed with their ideas "Unlimited PTO"

      Executives say a prayer at the weekly meeting with a disclaimer that "you don't have to participate" but it would feel awkward to leave during it Can be difficult to advance within organization

      Pros

      Great per diem. Get to travel to new places and meet new people.

      Cons

      They work you like a dog. For example they had us do a 22-hour drive and then work a 12-hour shift as soon as we showed up to the job site with only a day notice of the job. Things like this were very consistent with this company.
