Challenging work, Friendly staff, Great management - Anonymous employee Proactis Employee Review

I've been working at Proactis for a couple of years now and throughout this period they've ensured my work is always both challenging and fulfilling. The staff are all very friendly and you can talk to anyone within the company regardless of job title which is very refreshing. Proactis is a fast moving business so there are always new challenges which makes for a constantly changing environment. If you're happy to embrace change then it's a great motivator to always be working towards the next goal. The company is very flexible and this includes the option to work from home on occasions for some roles. There is often the opportunity for overtime working but there is never any expectation or pressure for anyone to work overtime. Most importantly for me given the amount of time spent using IT in my role, the equipment provided performs very quick and is updated. Your workspace is also very comfortable and the company will go the extra mile to ensure your comfortable in the office. There is of course also the free Tea and Coffee in the office (including decaf options).
