Flexible hours, remote work, great benefits, friendly co-workers, supportive management, good work/life balance, pay is fair, work is challenging, managers are accessible
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but - this company has offices in several different countries, so aligning schedules can sometimes be a challenge. Upper management tends to be flexible in this area to compensate which is nice.
