Lots of uncertainty and politics - Marketing Proactiv Employee Review

There are a lot of cooks in the kitchen trying to save this sinking ship and with the upcoming acquisition things are chaotic & uncertain. Career growth is questionable. Things feel like they are all over the place and the company is struggling to make the brand successful and keep up with consumer behavior. Meetings get very hostile and the way that people in various departments talk to and treat one another very poorly. The leadership team and leaders on the brand team don’t know how to communicate well and are very unclear even in informal conversations. I wouldn’t recommend a friend to work here.
