Pros
Great in office staff when you get to see them during Pow Wow's- Commissions can be great but not really fair to Account Managers--We used to get holiday trips,,,,nope just bar tabs now!
Cons
Job has diminished to a traveling ADMIN instead of a performance coach. I couldn't keep up with the constant additional PAPER WORK required while still traveling and completing my role. If I wanted to be an admin I would have remained in the office with the ladies! Company over promises and under delivers than scrambles to cover their mess by changing the product functions which only make the staff and clients more frustrated.
