Pros

I worked at PROCESS WEAVER, for more than 4 years(both fulltime an partime) Good for freshers to start their career,More clients. Opportunity to work with global clients directly. Decent infrastructure. Good On-site(US) team.

Cons

Process weaver is the company where it perfectly lacks process implementation. A procrastinating management towards employee benefits. No timely hikes, management wont hear any employee requests on this.Except hike policy, they will speak all other policies perfectly. No gratuity even if you work for more than 100 years. Highly rated company in caste politics.Huge difference in employee benefits based on the caste.Only Local management (COO) encourages it all. Also he has Pathetic English communication.COO is not at all eligible for software industry.Because of this,a lot of professional employees left the company and even now no outsider is daring to step in.All New PM’s,senior employees usually looks for change after 6 months. You need to sacrifice your family life. They feel like employees are slaves and you should respond them 24 * 7 else they will show impact on you. Family running business. No professionalism. No corporate culture. Not suggestible for female employees . HQ management performs lackluster in action. They listens only to local management not to employees. HR performs well only for the management. They fail in taking employee requests to higher level, literally they fears talking with them and usually skips taking requests to them. Employees thinking,”they are only for doing paper work”. No challenging projects and no advanced technologies in action. No shift changes.Cab only for few areas.

No reporting structure. Everybody report to CEO so no visibility of work during appraisal time which only every 3 years or need to ask basis No 401K or any other employee benefits, not even health No HR department or any policies for example requesting holiday ProcessWeaver IT Academy in India gets all investment compared to US office for product or self development Low employee moral so a negative complaining atmosphere
