Pros
- When I started I felt supported and I had a manager who really did want to see me do well. -Most members of the team were encouraging, friendly and happy to help when necessary. -There are some great people who work there; talented, hard working and kind.
Cons
- I don't believe the business know who they are- the new vision of 'positive outcomes' is so oversimplified and obvious that it goes past the line of stupidity. It's unintelligent and unimaginative. -Managing directors who are narcissistic with no emotional intelligence should not be managing people. They need to learn to listen, rather than tell. Some people are natural managers, and some are not. Just because you are good at making money does not mean you should be leading and guiding a team. -I've seen horrendous treatment of others; bullying, racism, sexism and just general unpleasantness which isn't dealt with. If you want to work in a progressive and diverse environment, this is not it. -Lack of respect for researchers. Researchers deliver on all the promises you make to a client so listen to them, collaborate with them; it all seemed very hierarchical and dated.
