      Pros

      Joined recently and so far it's been a great experience. People here are genuinely helpful, no egos, no blame game when something goes wrong - everyone just pitches in to fix it together. Good exposure right from the start and teams actually collaborate instead of working in silos. Solid work environment overall, can't complain.
