Pros
Excellent pay. Management is extremely loyal to employees. Remote work is available at times. Management is excellent and the company is growing and expanding its markets and the industries in which it works.
Cons
Insurance costs are high. Other benefits such as life insurance and 401k are not very good either. Hours can be demanding.
