Pros
The company today feels almost unrecognizable compared to a few years ago. Under the new CEO, there is real leadership, difficult decisions are being made, strong leaders are being brought in, and the right people are finally being recognized and promoted. The culture has shifted dramatically; instead of cliques and politics, there is a healthier environment where collaboration and professionalism are the norm. It finally feels like a company operating at a high standard.
Cons
Turnover has been noticeable. While many of those departures were necessary as the company shifted toward higher standards and accountability, it has temporarily increased the workload for existing employees. That said, there are clear hiring plans in place, which should help balance things out in the near future.
