Pros
- The company is excited about and embraces the latest web development technologies. - Great team communication. - Work is clearly scoped/defined. - Daily standup to ensure everyone is on pace and remains aware of team goals. - Weekly 1:1 with manager to discuss professional growth and any concerns. - Monthly "All Hands" meeting to recount company progress and award extra mile effort. - Open to remote work (I am fully remote, even without pandemic).
Cons
Prodly is startup and so probably isn't for everyone. When it's time for the quarterly release, there may be some extra hours needed to ensure a quality product. This isn't too big of a deal for me though because I have fun with the development.
