1 : when you will join company HR will say team is helpfull , flexible , friendly envirnment 2: once you start working you will face internal politics by managment 3: according to thier mood , favuiratism , by seniors they will destroy hardworking employee career 4: they will never notice effort and Blame game if things get wrong if thier demo fail they will blame only employee 5: poor managment , manger, team lead , company owner so rude if you work with this people they will put all thir frustration 6: if you work with company owner the bossy nature anger will destroy your self esteem , 7: no money in company misleading innocent employee by not giving on time salary 8: company project are not good using old techno 9: past 4 to 3 month company have no money , and then they are layoff people by saying performane issue 10 : micromangement by team lead , manager , owner once things get good all credit sicker people 11: in the end your career will be destroy think before join this company 12: if you ask for your own money they will terminate 13: new joiner , fresher they will face lack of disrespect diplomatic 14: not at all flexible env , and unrealistic expection , deadlines 15 : bad managment , team lead is unprofessional 16 : ilegal behaviour by company not giving money 17 : such company destroy you career but problem itself in company
