Rotating shifts supposedly. But people usually get stuck with the shift they were first assigned with.

It's a totally different story when you get tot he job. Management can make you promises when hiring you, but they don't talk about what the real work culture is like. It's stressful, it's toxic, it's nothing they told you about!
