Terrible Management - Technician Productive Robotics Employee Review

Management creates a hostile and divisive work environment. They use employees issues to create problems and keep everyone down. Management is dishonest. They are constantly avoiding anything that will require them to pay extra money, regardless of whatever they promised their employees. They are quick to ignore, deny, lie, and do whatever other shady move they can to pay their employees less. They constantly create production issues by ordering poor quality supplies & redirecting any blame for the problem they created back to their employees.
