Pros

Its a job.... if you are desperate and unemployed i guess it will do

Cons

Low wages for people of color, the office is wired (the owner/director has the office bugged), so there is no conversation that is private when she is there or not, compensation always changes every month (her way of screwing you out of having to pay you a bonus, advancement opportunities are non-existent, and you'll get the pleasure of a being in a super phony work environment. Good luck...run the 1st chance you get. This company is more like "in between" job...the job you have until the real one comes along.

Pros

As a short term intern at PPG, I was elated to be given the opportunity to spread my wings and showcase my many facets within the company. As bodacious leaders, Director Amy Spears and past Logistics Manager Deborah Henriquez welcomed me with open arms and much needed endearment. Quickly, I learned and retained much while balancing my position as a Client Sales Associate/ Customer Services Representative. I was given the opportunity to grow within the company at a fast pace as I transitioned to the Miami location prior to my departure. Spears is adequate, intuitive, straight forward and honest. She presents herself with the up-most respect and values everyone on her team. Her knowledge of the criteria and business is well established and she has an eye for growth/success. Henriquez always had a golden smile and the willingness to learn from others; no matter the title. I felt cherished and adored by my colleagues and I accomplished so much in the three month time span, as a entrepreneur. Spears (PPG) values the best and knows how to innovate within a forever changing IT Market.

Cons

This is a extremely professional environment (business attire/look, no tolerance for inappropriate behavior, etc). This is a great way to challenge and learn for one's self as he or she enters the work force. Deadlines and time management is a must and perfection is admired. Know your worth and strive for your best and you will succeed.
