~Profectus is into retail domain first of all so who so ever really wants to get into retail domain specifically , i highly recommend it . ~Profectus has a strength of 20+ young employees who are all super energetic , and very zealous when it comes to work and delivery . ~Management is very friendly and approachable . ~as its a startup there is always much more to learn every day , you will never be bored as you will not be doing the same kind of work , you will be challenged with all sort of work . ~the timings are flexible. ~the policies are employee friendly (work from home is one). ~cafeteria is always accessible for free munchies. ~awesome peer crowd to work with(talented engineers with latest tech knowledge). ~higher management is super awesome they will always lend ear for your thought process and ideas , very encouraging . ~work life balance is great

there are no cons for me personally.

A place which you would feel like reaching early. People are approachable and will mentor you as and when required. Everyday you can feel empowered with responsibility and task at your plate. It takes care of your breakfast and any craving needs for food throughout the day with dedicated people in cafeteria.

Hard to judge on priorities when you have different set of deliverables.
