I joined Professionals In Partnership (PIP) through the Government Kickstart Scheme, and to sum up - I have thoroughly enjoyed and loved every minute of working there!! From the recruitment process to my final days at the company, I have seen nothing but support and care from management who are invested in you as a person and a professional and care about your development. Karen Ferris (Director) has been an absolute pleasure to work with; despite her busy schedule, she always has time for her workers and is a vital component in the supportive culture PIP encompasses. I have made so many new connections from working at PIP as well as developing my compentencies through professional courses and acquiring critical workplace skills.
Cons
Although I was legally contracted to a maximum of 25 hours/week, it would've been nicer to have more hours as you're only given an X amount of time to finish certain peices of work.

As an employee, my work is valued and my personal life is respected. I work 25h/week but how we spread those hours throughout the week was discussed after I had accepted the job and before signing the contract.
Professionals in Partnership is an amazing place to work!
Cons
After nearly five months working at Professionals in Partnership, I am yet to find a reason not to love it.
Having started at Professionals in Partnership and working remotely, I already feel part of a team and supported in my role. I have all the tools I need to complete my role.
The Director is extremely knowledgable about the services they provide and also has trust in their employees which makes for a great working relationship.
