People are generally very nice and helpful. Has worklife balance. Most of us don't really OT unless we have some urgent assignments to complete. People just come in to work and make money.

Age group are slightly on the mature end, not many youngsters in the company but this means we don't have any after office hour entertainment to attend.

I hope people find the environment to be supportive, respectful and demanding in equal measure.

We are still a small firm in a fast changing industry, so staying ahead of bigger firms is always a challenge
