Positive culture with good work-life balance - Full Stack Developer Profilics Employee Review

They are working on the latest technologies and latest frameworks. It's been five years I've been working with this company. Work-life balance is too good. A healthy work environment. Always have something new to learn. It's been a pleasure to work with an experienced team they got!

What I don't like is they work on alternate Saturdays, but the good part is we do some extracurricular activities like watching movies, going for an outing, etc. And the other thing is they only work on PHP language and I believe if they start working on other languages as well that would be good!

I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far. The company has a friendly culture where people are approachable and willing to help. Management is open to listening, and you feel like your input matters. Projects are interesting, and I’ve had the chance to learn new things while working on them. Work-life balance is respected, which makes it easier to stay productive without burning out.

Sometimes communication between teams could be a little more structured, especially when deadlines are tight. Nothing major, but improving that would save time and avoid small confusions
