Progeny was an amazing company to work for. They maintained a great work-life balance, as well as compensating you for overtime when you had to work extra. Upper management was amazing at taking care fo their employes and making them feel valued.

It was bought out by another company.

-Nice immediate coworkers -Good opportunities if you network, there are openings to fill (see cons) -After hours events are sometimes comped by management, from previous work culture -Flexible work hours

-Not remote work friendly for engineers (work done in lab) -GDMS changed workflows in a net negative way -If you're on the wrong team or in the wrong building, you can't network easily -Legacy Progeny are leaving and taking their knowledge/talent with them (see pros)
