Good management, great pay, professional work environment.

Sometimes very long hours to hit a delivery deadline, but usually not too bad. Pays overtime.

-Nice immediate coworkers -Good opportunities if you network, there are openings to fill (see cons) -After hours events are sometimes comped by management, from previous work culture -Flexible work hours

-Not remote work friendly for engineers (work done in lab) -GDMS changed workflows in a net negative way -If you're on the wrong team or in the wrong building, you can't network easily -Legacy Progeny are leaving and taking their knowledge/talent with them (see pros)
