Pros
Process and system in place thanks to the Siemens culture. People are friendly and most of them are experienced employees. Higher management are in the industry since long time most of them since Siemens times.
Cons
The transition from Siemens to Unify to Progility being a swift one some talented employees have left for better prospects or because of loss of faith in the organisation's new owners. Even though the company is catching up with the industry pace, it is yet to establish its brand value in the market and not many people know about the company.
