Pros
Steady paycheck Good benefits Supportive team/work atmosphere HR was good (when I was there) Fun work environment 12 sick days per year, plus accrued PTO, and 2 personal days. Parking (might be responsible for part of the payment) Transportation stipend Good health plan
Cons
Low wages, does not increase. Few opportunities to move up. They ask you to put on different hats, even if you are not getting paid enough for it. The CEO does not fight for its employees, when an issue comes up, she talks down on employees.
