Would not recommend - Recruitment Consultant Progress Teachers Employee Review

I really appreciate the flexibility the role offers. As a parent, being able to work around my son's needs when required makes a huge difference, and it's something the company has always been understanding about. The technology and systems are modern and fast, which makes the job so much easier (nobody enjoys waiting on slow tech!). The team culture is also fantastic, with summer, Christmas and ad hoc socials that are always well organised and a lot of fun, everyone enjoys working with each other - it helps we are CAN DO people! Overall, I feel valued, supported and happy in my role. I'd highly recommend Progress Teachers to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about its employees and provides a positive, supportive working environment.

As the company continues to grow, there are naturally changes and new processes to adapt to, but communication around them is good.

I have worked at Progress Teachers for almost three years, and it has been a great experience. In previous roles, I worked for companies that didn't provide the support their staff needed or offer clear opportunities for career progression. Since joining Progress Teachers, I have always had a clear development pathway, and my earnings have reflected the progress I've made. It's a company that recognises hard work and provides genuine opportunities to grow both professionally and financially.

I don't really have any cons to mention. Everyone is expected to contribute and achieve the targets that are set, in return, your hard work is recognised and rewarded. There is a clear link between performance and the opportunities and rewards you receive.
