Pros
Working with Proje gives you the complete package. The company is comprised of hard working individuals who support each other very well. There are opportunities from coast to coast, for a variety of skill sets. I believe I am a valued employee and have no issues when reaching out to leadership for insight, advice, a personal need, or a simple conversation.
Cons
The only con I can think up is if you like routine, you need to understand that changing projects or assignments means changing teams, and that creates 'REforming' and 'REnorming'. I like people, and I do enjoy getting to know new people so this is not a con for me personally.
