      Pros

      Horrible place to work. They hire any and everyone you receive a 15 minute break for 8hrs of work and that’s not enough time to enjoy your meal. Management is very unprofessional

      Cons

      You have to do unnecessary task while management just sits and stares at the camera all day. Very unsanitary place and i feel bad for the kids because this place is just horrible

      Pros

      The kids will always be the best part, but being a part of a team that can help lead those children into success is amazing. There are opportunities for growth, especially if you like more of a classroom setting or looking into become a BCBA. Also, your hours are stable even where there are client cancellations

      Cons

      It's not always an easy job, it can be weighing on the mind and burnout can happen.
