Strong compensation with regular raises, amazing company culture, and good benefits

Health insurance was a little pricey for a family...not much of the premium is covered by Projetech for family plans and there is only one non-HSA offering to chose from so you couldn't chose a less expensive PPO plan to cut down on cost. It's either go with the HSA or choose the super expensive low-deductible PPO, there's no middle ground.

Lots of face time with upper management to help push initiatives through quickly. Collaborative workspace to eliminate silos, pain points are worked on collectively.
