Pros
I cannot name one "pro" for working for Promaxima.
Cons
The work environment is very oppressive. Micro management every where you turn. Freight rates are way to high, and products are overpriced. No insurance for 3 months, no 401K, no direct deposit of your checks, and they never pay you the correct commissions. Bob will split your sales with the outside salesmen to make sure you don't make your commision ! They will curse you for no good reason.
