Do not work here. This company will promise you anything to get you in the door and laugh in your face after asking for what you were promised. Low pay. Minimal or no training. You will be overworked. The position you interview for and the actual job you get will be completely different. Employees will get thrown under the bus unless they are constantly CYA. Employees will be set up for failure.

As with any fast-paced company, there can be challenging but can be make work exciting too.

Good management and good culture. Old school manufacturing with a new world approach. Lots of years of business experience and some exceptional professionals. Product is top quality so good industry reputation.

Cons

No company matching 401k, no shared company ownership, commute to location next to Galleria is pretty bad.
