      Fixed Schedules. you have the exact same schedule every week. if you are a part time employee there are many opportunities to pick up extra hours.

      Cons

      Having to work single staffed ALOT in the residential department. Not always getting help from upper management.

      It was a very learning and great experience. You get to know the families and children and enjoyed the collaboration within the department.

      Cons

      Traveling to other counties, it was time consuming.

      Pros

      Use your own strategies to build rapport with youth. Great rapport building. Flexible with your schedule. Outings help decrease boredom on slow days with the pay you are receiving.

      Cons

      Not enough trainings and education for staff throughout the year, didn't see enough admin and residential manager involvement one on one with youth
