      Pros

      A friendly environment in a beautiful old warehouse. You can tell that the managers of the company care about you and about your well being, letting you express yourself and rewarding you when you work hard.

      Cons

      Although the architecture is good, the management of the projects is a bit chaotic sometimes. Deadlines, goals and worklflows are generally not well defined.

      Big firm with lots of work

      As the projects are big and international and there are lots of people, projects aren't as dear to us as in small firms
