Some decent people to work with but all the good ones left due to issues

Toxic environment. Very high turnover. The GM & owners are belittling & micromanaging. Monitors emails. Fires at the drop of a hat or runs good staff out with the negativity. Constantly telling staff they are “disappointed” in them. Favoritism as the GM is buddies with owners. Terrible benefits & low pay. They want you to work extra hours & stay late yet don’t appreciate you.

The people you work with a down to earth.

Micromanage and bullying by the General Manager. Nepotism. Little to no training and very little pay with the amount of duties your expected to perform
