      I've been working at PropLogix for over a year, and it's been a fantastic experience. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, and leadership truly cares about their employees. There’s a strong emphasis on professional growth, and management regularly encourages training and development opportunities. The work-life balance is another big plus, with flexible scheduling options that allow for personal time and productivity.

      Cons

      Like any company, there are occasional challenges with communication as departments expand. However, management is actively working on improving cross-departmental communication, and it's clear they listen to employee feedback.

      I have worked at Proplogix for nearly 10 years and can recommend it as a great place to work. They encourage all employees to learn new skills and advance their careers. Teamwork is encouraged across the company, and they support employees' work/life balance. Diversity and inclusion are top of mind with Proplogix. They offer competitive compensation, medical and dental plans, a 401k plan with up to 2% company matching, and paid time off. In addition, there are many options for working remotely.       Pros

      The team of people I worked with were friendly. The training program was very thorough and supervisors were supportive. They offered a remote job that didn't micromanage its people, which was nice.

      Cons

      You do have to provide your own equipment (could be a pro or con depending on your preference).
