Pros
Pay is good, benefits are decent, it has been an improvement with new addition in the HR department,
Cons
Three payed holidays, expectations are a 50-55hr week not 40, executive management more concerned with saving a dollar from hourly employees than retaining (set up pay structure in that no raises after 2 years, most leave if they make it that long), turnover company wide above 50%, benefits for hourly are horrible
