The Company has a One-Team environment and everyone is willing to step up to help no matter what department you work in.

There is not alot of opportunity for growth but this is mostly due to the fact that people love it here and just dont leave however with the growth we are expericencing, I can see there being more potential for growth in the near future. The compensation is fair but may be a bit more on the lower end scale but also due to the Company size. I can see this also changing in the near future with the growth of the Company.
