      Pros

      Propel is innovative, progressive, and has a great company culture. There is a strong partnership amongst all employees across all departments. The company hires smart, driven, and dedicated employees.

      Cons

      There isn't anything I would really want to improve or change at this point!

      Pros

      In 2014 company was restructured. VCs are out, new management is in led by original founder Rob Elam. The company was right sized and refocused on capital efficient alternative fuel kiosks.

      Cons

      Sector is challenging in a dynamic oil market and regulatory uncertainty.
