- Employee well-being is the number one priority, if there isn't something in place, they do everything they can to make it a policy - So much trust is put into the employees; work whatever hours you want, when it works best for you, as long as client needs are met - The variation of clients keeps the work exciting - No matter what position you are in the company, everybody mucks in and there doesn't feel like a hierarchy - Regular company-wide socials and virtual meet-ups keeps the moral up - Officially a B-Corp Company! - They only work with clients who share similar values with the Propellerent values - There is money set aside for each employee to put towards their professional development - If you are struggling with workload, everyone in the team is on hand to support - The policies in place for parents are exceptional; supporting those going through IVF treatment, adoption and premature births

- There could be more interaction between the different teams but there is a company-wide meeting and various Slack channels that allows for easy interaction
