Pros
It's a challenging and supportive environment. Management listens to employees and is is proactive about needed changes. We have fun team-bonding activities and fresh juice and produce! Plus we're filling a huge need in the healthcare space, so I feel fulfilled in my work every day. Not much more I can ask for.
Cons
No work place is perfect, but I know that any concerns I have will be heard by management. We're a fast-growing company, so there are bound to be hiccups here and there. But to me, that's a sign of forward progress.
