Pros
If you work in the Plano, TX location, as of mid-2018, there is a great leader there. The company is also owned by a very large conglomerate, so benefits are great.
Cons
Everything else is dysfunctional. Management reforms processes and procedures every few weeks and never consults employees. The same mistakes and errors occur with the same situations and people over and over without improvement. President of the company has no contact with anyone below a VP level, does not own any rental properties, and has no idea what it means to be a property manager. Many employees have a "that's not my job" attitude and focus their time on passing tasks off to others rather than accomplishing anything.
