Best to wait until after 2040 if you have hopes of advancement. As for advancing, they enjoy ambition above and beyond actual productivity. So whatever they offer you can probably ask for 10-20% more than that and improve not just your immediate financial goals but your status as a go getter. Glassdoor asks for a review of the company president, which I have no real issue with. But as the poster boy for the upper management team Eric has shown the attitude of, “I’m making far too much money to jeopardize it by doing the right thing about the toxic employee.”
