Pros
The head office was good as the seating arrangement was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful because they are the slaves of the same person with you. Some superiors were good, office helpers are good Location of the office is good as it is just next to station The ambiance is comfortable and seating is also good.
Cons
For Non-sales designation- 1. you will be hired for a job but that job will never be given to you. You will be assigned tasks that do not belong to you. Eg. if you are an admin, you will do personal assistant tasks, receptionist tasks but not really administration. 2. You will be shamelessly scolded and yelled at for the tasks that are not a part of your job still you were doing it because they were assigned to you. 3. Sat is not a off and if you take a off in the week you will be asked to fill in even on a Sunday 4. IT people are slaves who are expected to work for 48 hours a week and write in the time everytime they leave the office. 5. If you do not do sales you have no value in this company, nothing is for you. You are just another person in the company. Your job is never important because it is not sales. For Sales (Main) Designation 1. Get ready to become a slave. Working hours from 10am to unlimited, you cannot leave until told to. Because you are a slave. 2. Site visits are done by Ola and you pay for that for which they will say that there is reimbursement but that does not reach you if you do not meet the targets. You get it by the end of the next month till you are broke and beg. 3. Targets are set at a level so that no one can achieve them. 4. Even if you achieve the target, the incentive you are eligible for is not given to you because the CEO says that we are using that money for marketin and it will be paid later. This shows the company has no money. 5. Even if you work till 1am in the night come to office on time, no excuses even if you were doing the company's work. 6. The managers in sales demotivate you, CEO demotivates you, they abuse you, make you feel that you are nothing and small. All they want in money and if you dont give them then they give you an ultimate target that you cannot achieve and they have a reason to fire you. 8. One favorite manage is the most favored and if you go against that one you are fired. He is pampered the most and other managers are made to feel small of him. 9. The CEO thinks too big of himself and has a Ego that no one can defeat. He is highly selfish and thinks no good of anyone but himself. But still he feels he is such a good boss!! Well, wake up!! you are not! 7. Working in SALES here is death. You are not Human, no family, no friends, no money, just humiliation.
