Used to be a lot better - Consultant Propharma Employee Review

Went from a small company to a large firm owned by venture capitalists. Every penny is pinched and consultants no longer get much support from management, especially when management seriously underestimates the time and effort to complete complex client projects. Consultants expected to eat extra time when clients change project scope midstream. Very bureaucratic: even filling out timesheets now is a byzantine adventure.
