Pros

Good Client Projects, varied industries, junior colleagues are supportive and there is a team based environment.

Cons

Culture is very sales driven and aggressive, senior management do not care about junior employees, directors have been fired, work/life balance is awful.

We appreciate the feedback you offered as a long term employee - it's a valuable perspective. Thanks for your contribution to Prophix UK! Our focus in the last year or more has been assisting the UK office with the adoption of best practices and standards from head office to assist with efficiencies and improvements. Some UK Mgrs. report to head office now so there is more synergy between the offices with a focus on profitability while maintaining the UK office culture led by our onsite UK Managing Director. Sometimes there are 'growing pains' when new processes are adopted and we hope this is minimal, with the training, communication and change management provided.

Commitment to giving back to the community, time off, diverse

Cons

What started out as a promising opportunity has slowly diminished into the worst career opportunity I've ever had. It's been demoralizing to say the least to watch countless coworkers and leadership get let go over the years. And we're not talking people that are slackers, these are award-winning people. It seems like there's lots of talk about positive change in growth, but no action around it. This is been a roller coaster ride and myself and the team are sick. At this point, there is no trust and really no hope of things getting better.
