- good company's tendency to use most modern technologies - extremely high family-like attitude. Friendly people, always nice, always helpful and supportive. - management open for fair suggestion. Common sense rules in 99%, except 1% when money rules, ... well reasonable. - last but not least, fresh fruit Mondays, sport events, sometimes pizza/beer movie nights, episodic pub visits at the expense of company

- family like attitude leads to * supersonic gossips flow * sometimes new technologies are chosen depending on someone's mood, instead of reasonable arguments - certain level of formalism - good sense of feeling that senior stuff does what they want/need to do, wile others should obey the rules - a lot of wasted effort based on the fact that some technical leads have spent enough time in company, instead of being actual brains of the company, which leads to fairly stupid mistakes - as soon as you leave the company, it's impossible to get references. Seems like they stop caring about their commitments a second after you step out the doors.
