Overall I have not enjoyed a job as much as I have at Prosana!

Team culture is another level - the Ladies leading the company, Erika and Marta are next level in terms of IQ EQ and team energy. Obviously they are great at BD that is why they have a ton of clients, but their approach to employees is the reason people want to stay and work here.

Nothing for now, as every company they are learning and improving, but the foundations are more than stable!
