Pros
There’s a strong, shared mission here that you can feel across the entire organization—it’s not just talk. Everyone is aligned and genuinely committed, starting with our CEO and extending through the entire leadership team. I’ve never experienced a C-level group that is this engaged, approachable, and truly employee-first in my 20+ year career.
Beyond leadership, the culture is incredibly collaborative. Working cross-functionally has been refreshing—people show up, lean in, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. There’s a real sense of ownership and pride in what we do.
On top of that, the impact we have on our customers is meaningful. The customer base is loyal, engaged, and sees real value in our work, which makes it even more rewarding.
This is honestly the first time in my career I can say I truly love the company I work for.
Cons
If anything, there’s an opportunity to modernize parts of the technology stack and better centralize data. The encouraging part is that leadership recognizes this and is already taking steps to improve it.
