      Toxic work culture. HR is unhelpful. Atmosphere is very serious and severe with long hours and little support. would not recommend

      Very organized, hard work is rewarded, FYE is in October so you are able to have good time off during November/December

      Cons

      FYE is extremely busy with many countdowns ramping up to the year-end deadline. Client Ops Specialists do both billing and collections so there is a lot of follow up involved.
