Pros
My coworkers have all been great and incredibly supportive. Most of them are talented, and it's been such a great opportunity to be able to work with them. If it weren't for their help, I wouldn't have adapted as quickly as I have here.
Cons
I initially joined Prosper Wireless because I was enticed by their promises, but all of that turned out to be lies. My salary is a lot lower than what I expected, and definitely lower than what was promised to me. Work-life balance here is practically nonexistent; I'm assigned brutal workloads and forced to work long hours. Employees aren't given any support, but are given unrealistic expectations. Leadership is controlling and makes it difficult for employees to get anything done due to their constant meddling and monitoring. They prioritize control over anything else and prevent employees from being innovative, creative, or proactive. Sufficed to say, working here has been stressful and disappointing.
